Welcome to Good Health Yoga with Karen

I became a yoga teacher later on in my life, aged 59!

It was one of the most challenging, yet rewarding things I've ever done and has gone on to change my life more ways than I could have ever imagined.

I used to constantly suffer from one niggle or another and now I play more sport than ever, pain-free. I am stronger, healthier and more confident, a nice feeling at this ripe age! I am passionate about posture body alignment and the importance of this is reflected in my class style.I strive to share this experience with others so they too can maintain a strong healthy body with mindful movement.

I look forward to welcoming you to my classes should you wish to join us.
